I brought my sons 2013 MB E350 here on the recommendation of Jeremy (Dent Pro). I dealt with Todd and I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I had both bumpers repaired & painted as well as the driver door repaired & painted. The quality & finish was excellent! I found Todd to be a good trustworthy man. They did a great job with our back bumper. Like brand new. They got rid of some side smudges. They also helped pull out a stripped license plate screw and install a new license. Thank you, guys. Price was good.

Can’t speak to the body work of this shop, however…. I can speak to the character of the guys at the shop… My car ran hot in front of their shop, a gentlemen ran over to help. Pulled me in to add water, gave me directions of the place I was looking for and a number to call just in case I needed a ride and a place to sit out of the heat… Top notch 🙂

I tend to be rather meticulous with my Jeep Grand Cherokee & plan to keep it for many years to come. Post wreck, very few locations had availability - seeing the Google reviews I took a chance & had the Jeep towed to B/B.

The workmanship was high-quality (you can't tell it had so much damage to it) - beyond that, the shop kept me informed through every step of the process...it was always easy to get someone on the phone to assist with my questions. Given the damage I had & delays related to parts availability, I exceeded my rental coverage...Todd, I believe the owner, actually negotiated with my insurance company on my behalf & had the rental extended an additional week.

This isn't a chain with revolving employees - it's a smaller shop that actually seems to take great pride in the work they do - hence the 5-star reviews. Highly recommended.

I took my car to this shop because I had someone recommend it. Well very poor job. My lights were working even with my car being wrecked.For 3 weeks Todd kept putting me off, one excuse after excuse. Still my car is NOT FIX. NEVER AGAIN. The worse part is that my Insurance company which is Progressive not holding this shop accountable. I'm highly disappointed with both right now.
