I worked here when I was younger, and the owner let me trade the hours I worked for riding. I fell in love with a horse named Sandy. She was blind in her left eye and was the best trail horse. I thought this place was closed, now I know it's still open, I will be making reservations with you all real soon!!

Carolyn must be the nicest person on the planet. My daughter had six lessons with her. We look forward to going back after Carolyn finishes with summer camps. The horses are so sweet and gentle. This is truly an amazing place.

B-Bar is a sweet, family-owned farm with great opportunities for horse back riding and lessons. Todd and Carolyn and very accommodating and take wonderful care of their animals. My daughter has been taking lessons here for years and always wants to come back. We are lucky to have such a great resource close to town- only about 15 minutes away from downtown Durham.

Fantastic place to ride — and Carolyn and Todd are just the nicest people! We had a last-minute cancellation of our riding lessons at another stables, and they fit us in for some arena work the same afternoon. They're very patient and helpful with their instruction, and they will help cater the experience to your level and your interests. The horses were beautiful and very well trained, too. Great experience from beginning to end. Can't wait to come back.

Carol and Todd are the best. They helped my children in feeling comfortable around the horses and provided a safe and fun place to ride. I highly appreciate their love of animals and children.

What a lovely farm. This farm was recommended by a parent, so me and a few went to check it out! We had a great time. We rode; Matt Dillon, Raven, Bo, & Lil Girl! What a blast, check it out for yourself!

Such a good place for kids! So many little girls have learned horse-sense and good manners from "Miss Carolyn." What a gem of a place...I selfishly hope nobody else finds out about it! Not really! Come on out and see how much time slows down as you enjoy the animals, the trails and the fresh air!

My girls have been coming here for years. The owners Mrs. Carolyn and Mr. Todd are wonderful people that care tremendously for the kids that go here!
