Jeri took the time to really figure out what I wanted for color. She was extremely patient and incredibly knowledgeable and shared her knowledge with me so I understood all the processes. My hair turned out amazing!!!! Beautiful color and exactly what i wanted.

The concierge service I receive from Jeri is excellent and has been for 7 years!! Her knowledge, skill and expertise is untouched by anyone in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area. Jeri’s esthetic services are amazing!! First, I had the best facial I’ve ever had. The products she uses are high quality and she used many different modalities during the facial. Then I purchased a package of 3 Radio Frequency Micro-needling sessions. I’ve used all 3 sessions and see great improvement on the tightness of my face!
