I found Dr. Baker through a friend who’d had a similar procedure just months before mine. I was immediately drawn to the personable nature of his office staff as well as his attentiveness to exactly what it was l wanted and needed. Surgery day came and it was the most amazing experience. The surgery center is top notch and the surgical staff made me feel as if we’d been friends for years. Best surgical experience ever. His post-op care is on point and his followup-care is cautious and detailed. He made sure I was ok at every recovery milestone. My results are exactly what I wanted to reclaim for myself, and have given me back some everyday functionality that I’d lost. I would recommend Dr. Baker to anyone looking for a surgeon who clearly puts his heart and soul into helping people.

Highly recommended by a former nurse who worked for them for many years. Even my primary doctor who did all my pre-op tests told me that they had an impeccable reputation. Still was nervous but EVERY step of the process - the consultation, anesthesia, procedure, immediate after care, post op appointments, EVERY aspect of this experience was top notch and I felt very well taken care of. The response to every question or concern was immediate and thorough. Dr Kleban is an amazing surgeon and the entire staff at the Huntersville and Charlotte offices are compassionate and so helpful.
