I’ve been coming here because of my mom’s recommendation. I LOVE this place. I usually don’t like getting my nails done because most nail salon environments I’ve been too are not welcoming & it seems like a chore. But I LOVE coming to Queen b’s! The staff has always been so kind to me & my mom & my friends! I always leave with the prettiest nails & I feel comfortable enough to say what I want which is important to me. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. 100/10! I can’t wait to go back.

I visited this nail salon for the first time after finding good reviews and pictures on Google. The salon had a pleasant atmosphere with nicely lit interiors, creating a relaxing ambiance.

The pedicure service by Emily was decent, and she did a great job painting my toenails. The highlight of my visit was the massage chairs.

However, I was disappointed I had to change my service from a dip powder to an overly because there wasn’t a wide variety of colorful nor bright dip powder colors. I was satisfied with the outcome of my nails until I noticed after leaving, my nails were not completely painted, which leaves me feeling a little unsatisfied.

Another aspect that affected my experience was the wait time. Despite arriving before others, people who came after me were seen before me, possibly due to the holiday rush.

Despite these issues, I am willing to give this salon another chance. Next time, I plan to try a different technician and make an appointment in advance to avoid any wait time.

Overall, my first visit to this nail salon was a mixed experience. While there were some positives, such as the pleasant ambiance and the skill of the pedicurist, there were also areas for improvement, like the nail painting service and wait time management. I hope that on my next visit I will have a more satisfactory experience.

Edited review: after trying this spot for 3 months I’m going to have to part ways. The last time I did my nails here I told the lady what I wanted and she insisted I do something different and it was a rush job. My nail color didn’t match my toe color. I didn’t realize til I left and was in natural light that the application was not smooth. I called just a week later to let them know my nail started to lift. They advised me to come in the next day because the only person who could fix it was not there. I couldn’t make it so I put glue on my nail to hold it down temporarily. Then few days later other nails started lifting. This is ridiculous, after spending so much money I decided to not call or go to waste my time. I can say , the guy who did my pedicure did an amazing job.

This family owned nail salon is awesome! Clean salon and very friendly and professional. My previous nail tech relocated to another county so I had to search for a new place. After trying many places in the area this was my last stop. It is hard to find a tech that does a quality job that lasts. Tony does an amazing job with dip and gel polish. If you are looking for a new place, you won't be disappointed. Queen B lounge is it!! Thank you Tony 🧡💅

Never had any issues until today. Kathy is usually good. Today my mom and I both went in for a manicure at 230p, and my mom got through without any issues at the appt time. I had to wait another 1 hour before I was attended to even though 3 other people came after me and were attended to. Not happy with service.
